When we are at your pool, we will be going through the same routine each visit. Our visits should take anywhere from 10-15 mins and include emptying your skimmer baskets, emptying the pump basket, turning your system on to see if it is functioning properly, checking for above ground leaks, verifying the pool cleaner is working, brushing your stairs and shelves every week and the walls as needed, raking the top of the pool, and balancing your water chemistry. We also record the pressure in your filter so that we know when your filter needs serviced.

The spirit of our program is to take care of the items that should be done every week. Things that are not done every week are done at an additional charge. Examples of items that we would charge more for would include quarterly filter cleanings, salt cell cleanings, specialty chemicals, hand vacuuming and storm clean ups.

We do not service pools the weeks of Thanksgiving or the week of Christmas/New Years. Depending on the month you will always get 3 visits, normally get 4 visits and sometimes get a 5th visit and the price will remain the same per month regardless of the number of visits.

We ask 3 things of all of our customers that join our route.

1. Please put us on autopay to ensure we are paid on time and that there are no missed cleanings.

2. The pool must be accessible. If we are locked out or there are dogs or other animals or items that prohibit us from doing our job, this will count as your weekly visit. All animals should be inside on service days.
